Cimarron Firearms 1873 Carbine Features The Cimarron 1873 Carbine reproduces the classic lever action design that made the original rifle a favorite of the American frontier. A blued 19 barrel with a 1:20 twist rate is matched to the .32-20 Win cartridge for reliable accuracy at cowboy action and plinking distances. The lever action mechanism cycles smoothly thanks to careful fitting between the action and the walnut stock giving shooters a familiar dependable feel shot after shot. A 10-round magazine capacity keeps strings of fire going without frequent reloads a real advantage in competitive cowboy action stages where every second spent reloading counts against the clock. The blued barrel finish is a nod to the original 1873 s factory appearance giving the carbine the same classic look shooters expect from a faithful period reproduction. The walnut stock delivers classic styling along with a comfortable traditional cheek weld for repeated shouldering through long strings of fire. A saddle ring is fitted to the receiver an authentic detail that ties the rifle back to its 1873 heritage and the saddle-mounted carry it was originally designed for on horseback. At 7.49 lbs and an overall length of 37.9 the carbine handles quickly and points naturally for fast-paced shooting sports where speed and balance matter as much as accuracy. The carbine-length profile keeps the rifle maneuverable through stage transitions making it easy to bring up on target without unnecessary bulk or weight. For cowboy action competitors and collectors who appreciate historically accurate lever guns built to authentic 1873 specifications the Cimarron 1873 Carbine in .32-20 Win is available for sale at GrabAGun.
