Cimarron Firearms 1860 Henry Features The Cimarron Firearms 1860 Henry is a lever action rifle chambered in .44-40 Win delivering a 12-round tubular magazine capacity through a 24 inch barrel with a 1:20 inch twist rate. The lever action design echoes the original Henry rifles that saw use through the latter half of the 19th century giving shooters a period-correct platform that is still fully functional on the range today. A 44 inch overall length keeps the rifle balanced and easy to handle for repeated lever cycling. The steel frame provides the strength needed to stand up to regular shooting. A case colored and hardened metal finish gives the receiver its traditional mottled appearance distinguishing it visually from a plain blued gun and tying it to the period firearms it reproduces. The walnut stock adds a classic look and a comfortable traditional feel in hand. At 9 pounds the rifle carries enough heft to tame recoil while still being practical to carry and shoulder throughout a day of shooting. For cowboy action competitors collectors and fans of Old West history the Cimarron 1860 Henry is a faithfully built reproduction for sale at GrabAGun.
