Return & Refund Policy

We Cannot Process Returns

Because GearChase did not process your payment, we do not have the ability to issue refunds or generate return shipping labels. You must initiate this through the retailer's site.

Step-by-Step: How to Return Your Item

  1. Find Your Receipt: Search your email inbox for the "Order Confirmation." It will come from the retailer (e.g., "Order #12345 from Backcountry.com"), not from GearChase.
  2. Visit Their Support Portal: Go to that retailer's website and scroll to the bottom footer to find "Returns" or "Help."
  3. Start the Return: Most retailers (like Amazon or REI) allow you to print a label directly from your account order history on their site.

Shipping, Delivery, & Tracking

All shipping logistics are managed by the third-party retailer. GearChase does not have access to tracking numbers or carrier information.

How to Track Your Package
  • Check your email for a Shipping Confirmation from the seller.
  • Copy the tracking number provided in that email.
  • Visit the carrier's site (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to see the status.

Payments & Security

We never see your credit card number. When you click "Buy" on GearChase, you are redirected to the retailer's secure checkout.

Any charges on your bank statement will appear under the name of the retailer (e.g., "AMZN Mktp US" or "REI.com"), not GearChase.
