Great Lakes Firearms and Ammunition Great Lakes Firearms and Ammunition Features The Great Lakes Firearms Great Lakes Firearms and Ammunition knife uses an Out The Front spring assisted opening mechanism deploying the 3.5 inch steel blade straight out from the front of the handle with a push button action. The plain edge clip point blade is smooth ground for clean controlled cuts suited to everyday tasks as well as emergency use. Its steel construction is paired with a push button open type that offers fast repeatable deployment without the need for two hands or a manual flipping motion. At an 8 inch overall length and 4 inch closed length the knife is compact enough for pocket or bag carry while still offering a usable blade length. The handle is machined from 6061 aluminum and finished in black Cerakote giving it a durable corrosion resistant surface along with a uniform matte black appearance. An integrated glass breaker built into the handle adds a practical emergency tool beyond the blade useful in situations requiring quick access through a window. A built-in pocket clip allows the knife to ride securely in a pocket for fast access and a free black nylon carry case is included for anyone who prefers a sheathed carry option.
