Shield Sights Reflex Mini Sight Sub Compact Glass Edition Features The Shield Sights Reflex Mini Sight Sub Compact Glass Edition uses a red light emitting diode paired with a crystal clear hard dip coated acrylic glass lens to deliver a sharp parallax-free dot at any distance. That glass lens technology is carried down from Shield s larger AMSc optic into the narrowest profile the company builds so shooters get the same optical clarity in a far smaller footprint. The 4 MOA dot strikes a practical balance between a fine aiming point for precision work and a fast visible reference for close-range target acquisition. Because the lowest brightness setting is night vision compatible the sight stays usable across a wider range of lighting conditions than many comparable micro red dots. An aluminum housing keeps the unit light while standing up to the recoil and daily carry abuse a duty or concealed carry pistol sees. The RMSsc s minimal footprint and narrow profile make it a natural fit for slim-slide concealed carry pistols where a bulkier optic would print or snag on the draw. It still mounts to the standard Shield footprint so it slots onto optics-cut slides already set up for the Shield pattern without a separate adapter plate. Finished in black with no distracting markings this optic suits concealed carry shooters and duty users who want proven glass-lens clarity in the smallest package Shield Sights offers.
