Shield Sights AMS-MR Features The Shield Sights AMS-MR mounts to Shield s own proprietary footprint and uses a patented mechanism that enables co-witnessing with standard iron sights reducing both training time and transition costs for the shooter. Because the mechanism requires no click adjustment zeroing is inherently more precise than a traditional turret based reflex sight. The large crystal clear lens carries no filters to distort the view of the target area and an anti reflective color free coating keeps the sight s visible signature to a minimum. Six switchable reticle options from a simple 2 MOA dot to an 8 MOA horseshoe with a 65 MOA ring let the shooter match the reticle to the task at hand. Machined from anodized aerospace grade 6082 T6 aluminum the AMS-MR weighs only 35.9 grams without its battery making it the smallest and lightest sight in its class. A 12-stage manual brightness adjustment includes 3 night vision compatible settings while a 3-stage automatic mode keeps the sight ready without manual input. The side access battery compartment accepts a CR2025 CR2032 or CR2050 battery giving the shooter a choice between extended runtime of up to 20 000 hours or a more concealable profile. Nitrogen sealed and submersible to 30 feet for 30 minutes the Shield Sights AMS-MR is available for sale at GrabAGun for shooters who need a durable versatile reflex sight for duty or competition use.
