Shield Sights RMS2 Features The Shield Sights RMS2 Glass Edition eliminates the battery drawer found on the original RMS design which strengthens the housing overall and makes room for updated electronics behind a clear best-in-class glass lens. The 8 MOA red dot gives a fast easily found aiming point that works well for both close-range defensive shooting and precision work at distance. Super-fast automatic brightness adjustment lets the shooter stay focused on the target rather than manually adjusting the sight in changing light. Measuring just 1.61 inches long 0.89 inches tall and 1 inch wide and weighing only 0.60 oz the RMS2 disappears on the slide of a compact or duty pistol. Machined from aerospace-grade aluminum the RMS2 is built to withstand the harshest recoil a pistol can generate while still holding zero over thousands of rounds. The CR2032 battery delivers up to 20 000 hours of runtime in average daylight giving shooters long service life between battery changes. Designed on the Shield RMSc footprint the RMS2 mounts low on compatible slides and cuts allowing it to co-witness with suppressor height sights without extra hardware. With a proven track record built on more than 100 000 units delivered worldwide the Shield Sights RMS2 Glass Edition is a dependable low-profile reflex sight for concealed carry duty use and competition alike.
