Shield Sights RMS2 Glass Edition Features The Shield Sights RMS2 Glass Edition delivers a crisp 4 MOA red dot through a glass-lensed optical window giving the shooter a clear non-magnified aiming point for fast target acquisition at pistol and carbine ranges. Built on the RMS footprint it drops onto slides and mounts already cut for that pattern giving it broad compatibility across the market. Shield has produced over 100 000 of its Mini Sight series a track record that spans more than 15 000 units in the hands of the British regular army and Special Forces alone. That history of field use under military and law enforcement conditions speaks directly to the sight s durability and reliability. Known under other brand names over the years including Firepoint Tasco Optima Trijicon RedDot and JPoint the underlying Shield Mini Sight design has a long and proven lineage in the optics world. The RMS2 ships with two M4x8mm and two M4x10mm screws covering the mounting hardware needed for installation on compatible hosts without separately sourcing fasteners. Its Flat Dark Earth finish matches common tan and FDE-coated pistols and accessories for a cohesive setup.
