Proof Research Pre-Fit Tikka T3X Barrel Features The Proof Research Pre-Fit Tikka T3X Barrel is built to fit directly onto Tikka T3X actions giving owners a precision upgrade without needing custom gunsmithing work. Chambered in 6.5 PRC with a 1 in 7.5 twist rate the barrel is matched to stabilize the long heavy bullets that make 6.5 PRC effective at extended ranges. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion and holds up well through repeated firing sessions in varied weather conditions. A 20 inch barrel length balances velocity retention with a manageable overall rifle length for field and range use alike. At 2 pounds 8 ounces this Pre-Fit barrel keeps added weight to a minimum which matters for hunters and long-range shooters who carry their rifles over distance. The 5/8x24 thread pattern at the muzzle allows for the addition of a suppressor or muzzle brake giving shooters flexibility to tailor recoil and sound management. Proof Research is known for its precision-grade barrel manufacturing and this Pre-Fit line extends that reputation directly to Tikka T3X shooters. This barrel is a strong option for anyone looking to maximize their Tikka T3X s long-range accuracy for sale at GrabAGun.
