Cimarron Firearms Frontier Features The Cimarron Firearms Frontier is built on an Old Model frame chambered in .44-40 Win a period-correct cartridge that pairs authentically with this faithful reproduction of the classic single-action revolver. The color case hardened frame provides a vivid mottled finish achieved through traditional heat-treating methods giving each revolver a unique pattern that recalls the look of 19th-century firearms. A blued 4.75 barrel offers a striking contrast against the case-colored frame and fixed sights keep the design true to the original western sidearms it reproduces. This combination of traditional metal finishing techniques and period-accurate proportions makes the Frontier a genuinely authentic cowboy action revolver. Walnut grips complete the classic western look while providing a secure traditional hold during single-action fire and the standard hammer style allows deliberate controlled cocking between shots. Cimarron Firearms specializes in faithfully reproducing frontier-era firearms for collectors and competitive cowboy action shooters who demand historical accuracy. The 6-round cylinder and fixed sight setup keep the shooting experience true to the guns that tamed the American West. For collectors and cowboy action shooters who want an authentic well-finished single-action revolver the Cimarron Firearms Frontier is available for sale at GrabAGun.
