Cimarron Firearms SAA Bisley Features The Cimarron Firearms SAA Bisley is chambered in .357 Magnum and also accepts .38 Special giving shooters flexibility between full-power magnum loads and milder practice ammunition through the same 6-round cylinder. The Bisley grip style distinguished from the standard Single Action Army profile by its lower more raked backstrap was originally designed for target shooters and remains a favorite among cowboy action competitors for its comfortable controlled recoil management. A fixed sight setup keeps the sighting plane simple and traditional matching the revolver s pre-war frame designation and old-school profile. The standard hammer and trigger are built for the deliberate single-action style of shooting this platform was designed around. The frame carries a Color Case Hardened finish a time-honored case-hardening process that produces a mottled swirling pattern unique to each receiver set against a standard blued 5.5 barrel and cylinder for classic visual contrast. Two-piece smooth walnut grip panels complete the traditional look and provide a comfortable natural hand fit during extended range sessions. At 43 ounces the revolver carries enough heft to tame recoil without becoming unwieldy for all-day wear. This blend of period-correct finish work and dependable single-action mechanics makes the Cimarron Firearms SAA Bisley a strong choice for cowboy action shooters collectors and anyone drawn to classic Western-style revolvers.
