Cimarron Firearms Frontier Features The Cimarron Firearms Frontier is built on an Old Model frame a design detail that sets it apart from later pre-war and post-war frame variations and appeals to collectors seeking historical accuracy. The 5.5 inch barrel carries a traditional blued finish a classic appearance that has defined single action revolvers since their earliest production runs. A standard hammer and standard trigger keep the action faithful to the original single action design requiring the hammer to be manually cocked before each shot is fired. Fixed sights complete the simple rugged profile that made this revolver platform a dependable choice across the American frontier. The case colored and hardened frame provides a striking visual contrast against the blued barrel produced through a heat treating process that yields a unique mottled color pattern on each frame. Walnut grips add a traditional durable handling surface that has remained a hallmark of single action revolvers for well over a century. The 6 round cylinder capacity matches the historic standard giving shooters a familiar reload count whether at the range or in Western action competition. The Cimarron Firearms Frontier is available for sale at GrabAGun for collectors and Western action shooters who want an authentic Old Model single action revolver.
