Cimarron Firearms El Malo 2 Features The Cimarron El Malo 2 is built on a pre-war frame with a matching pre-war ejector rod details that give this .45 Colt revolver an authentic old-west profile favored by collectors. The 5.5 octagon barrel adds a distinctive silhouette compared to a standard round barrel and its blued finish contrasts sharply against the case colored and hardened frame. A low profile hammer keeps the revolver s lines clean while still providing a comfortable easy-to-manipulate cocking surface. Fixed sights keep the sight picture simple and durable for repeated range use. Checkered walnut grips give the El Malo 2 a traditional look and a secure purchase that complements its single-action operation. The standard trigger and hammer type keep the shooting experience consistent with classic single-action revolvers of the era this model draws from. At 40.96 oz the revolver carries enough heft for stable controlled shooting without becoming cumbersome to carry. For shooters and collectors drawn to historically styled six-guns the Cimarron El Malo 2 delivers period-correct detail in a shootable .45 Colt package.
