Birchwood Casey Cleaning Kit Features The Birchwood Casey Cleaning Kit brings together three purpose-built tools for maintaining a .308 Winchester or 7.62 NATO rifle bore. The bronze brush is designed for scrubbing bore fouling loose without damaging the rifling making it the first step in a thorough cleaning routine. The tornado brush follows behind for heavier fouling removal using its spiral bristle pattern to dig into carbon deposits that a standard bronze brush can leave behind. Together these two brushes handle the bulk of the mechanical cleaning work on a well-used barrel. The cotton mop rounds out the set giving the shooter a dedicated tool for applying a thin even coat of oil to the bore after cleaning or for polishing the bore to a shine. Each piece in this three-piece set threads onto a standard cleaning rod making the kit compatible with most rod and jag systems already in a shooter s kit. Birchwood Casey has built its reputation since 1948 on gun care products trusted by serious shooters collectors and professional gunsmiths alike. This compact three-piece set gives .308 and 7.62 NATO shooters a complete bore maintenance solution for sale at GrabAGun.
