Great Lakes Firearms GL15 Features The Great Lakes Firearms GL15 runs a direct impingement operating system through a 7.5 inch 416R stainless steel barrel with a 1:8 twist delivering reliable cycling and consistent accuracy in a compact AR pistol footprint. The threaded muzzle with 1/2x28 thread pattern accepts a muzzle brake or suppressor giving shooters flexibility to manage recoil and muzzle rise in a shorter-barreled platform. A forged aluminum upper paired with a billet 7075 aluminum lower keeps the receiver set strong and precisely fitted while a .750 gas block feeds the direct impingement system consistently. This combination of a quality barrel and solid receiver construction makes the GL15 a dependable choice for a compact personal defense or range pistol. A 15.25 inch M-LOK handguard with full-length top Picatinny rail provides ample real estate for lights lasers and optics while the mil-spec trigger and grip keep the controls familiar to anyone experienced with the AR platform. The adjustable G-Force Ace of Brace pistol brace lets shooters find a comfortable stable shooting position across different body types and shooting styles. OD Green Cerakote on the receiver contrasts with the black polymer furniture for a distinctive rugged appearance that also resists wear and corrosion. Shipping with a magazine included the GL15 gives shooters a complete ready-to-run compact AR pistol for sale at GrabAGun.
