Great Lakes Firearms and Ammunition GL15 Features The Great Lakes Firearms GL15 pairs a billet aluminum 7075 lower and forged aluminum upper both finished in flat dark earth Cerakote with a stainless steel 7.5 inch barrel chambered in .223 Wylde and cut for 5.56 NATO ammunition. The 1:8 twist rate stabilizes a broad range of bullet weights and the M4 feed ramp ensures reliable feeding from standard AR magazines. A .750 gas block and pistol-length direct impingement gas system keep the short barrel cycling consistently. The 1/2x28 threaded muzzle accepts the included custom muzzle device rounding out a barrel package built for short-barrel performance. A 15.25 inch 6061 aluminum M-LOK handguard runs a full top Picatinny rail for mounting optics and accessories while the mil-spec trigger breaks between 5.5 and 6 pounds for a predictable press. The pistol ships with a G-Force GFAB001 Ace of Brace adjustable 5-position brace letting shooters tailor length of pull to their build. A selector switch safety and mil-spec grip round out the ergonomics package on this right-hand configured pistol. Ships complete with one 30-round magazine giving shooters a ready-to-run short-barreled .223 Wylde pistol from Great Lakes Firearms at GrabAGun.
