Sierra Tipped GameKing Features The Sierra Tipped GameKing bullet pairs a polymer tip with a streamlined boat tail spitzer profile to maximize the ballistic coefficient and keep the trajectory flat at extended ranges. The jacketed lead construction holds together through the high velocities common to .22 centerfire cartridges while still delivering dependable expansion on varmint-sized game. A consistent precision-formed ogive helps the bullet stabilize quickly and group tightly from rifles with a fast enough twist rate to handle the 69 grain weight. This Caliber bullet is purpose-built for the demanding accuracy standards of long-range varmint shooting. Each box ships 500 bullets at .224 diameter giving handloaders enough projectiles to spend a full season working up loads without reordering. The reduced drag profile makes the bullet less sensitive to wind so shooters can hold truer points of aim across crosswind conditions in open country. Sierra s reputation for consistent jacket concentricity and weight uniformity carries through this line supporting the kind of repeatable accuracy serious shooters depend on. Reloaders building ammunition for .22-250 Remington .220 Swift and similar high-velocity cases will find this bullet a reliable long-range component.
