Sierra GameKing Features The Sierra Tipped GameKing bullet in .22 caliber pairs a boat tail base with a synthetic polymer tip a combination designed to improve the bullet s ballistic coefficient and overall aerodynamic efficiency in flight. That boat tail shape helps the bullet retain velocity further downrange and resist the effects of both crosswinds and vertical wind currents giving hunters a flatter more predictable trajectory at extended ranges. The polymer tip integrated into the bullet s nose further sharpens its profile for improved flight characteristics while also promoting reliable expansion characteristics on impact. At 64 grains and .224 inch diameter this bullet is intended for a combination of penetration and expansion suited to medium game within its caliber s effective range. Sierra built the GameKing line specifically for hunting applications engineering each weight and caliber to deliver the terminal performance needed for ethical effective shots on game animals. Sold in a bulk 500-count box this bullet gives high-volume varmint and predator hunters enough supply to load a large batch of ammunition without frequent reordering. Sierra s reputation for consistent bullet manufacturing has made the GameKing line a long-standing favorite among hunters who demand both accuracy and dependable expansion. This .22 caliber tipped boat tail bullet is a solid choice for reloaders targeting varmints predators and small to medium game at extended distances.
