Desert Tech WLVRN Features The Desert Tech WLVRN is Desert Tech s third generation semi automatic bullpup built around an integrated receiver where the barrel mounting system is machined directly into the receiver itself. That design significantly increases the stiffness of the upper receiver which Desert Tech states improves accuracy by up to 30 percent over less rigid bullpup designs. The 20 inch barrel is made from chrome moly vanadium steel with a 1:7 twist finished in black nitride for corrosion resistance and threaded 1/2x28 to accept the included ratchet compensator. A gas operating system cycles the action and a 2 position safety gives the shooter quick simple control. Housed in a black polymer stock with a black polymer grip the WLVRN keeps the bullpup s compact 30 inch overall length while an M-LOK handguard allows for lights foregrips or other accessories to be added. The aluminum receiver is finished in black Cerakote and topped with a full length Picatinny rail for mounting optics directly to the receiver. A 4 pound trigger pull weight offers a crisp consistent break for a duty or precision oriented bullpup rifle. At 7.86 pounds with a 10+1 capacity the Desert Tech WLVRN CA compliant bullpup is for sale at GrabAGun for shooters who want rifle performance in a shorter more maneuverable footprint.
