"Women's Puma® Deviate Nitro Elite 4 HYROX: The Women's Puma Deviate Nitro Elite 4 HYROX is a fitness racing shoe built specifically for HYROX athletes who need reliable traction, responsive cushioning, and a secure fit across every station - from the 1K runs to the sled pushes. At 5.6 ounces with a 40mm heel and 32mm forefoot stack, it sits low enough to feel connected during lateral movements while still giving your legs enough cushioning to hold up through repeated high-output efforts. The NITROFOAM ELITE midsole uses nitrogen-infused foam to create a firm, responsive platform that returns energy without feeling harsh underfoot. A carbon-fiber composite PWRPLATE is embedded in the midsole to add propulsion and help you maintain forward momentum as you move between stations. The PUMAGRIP outsole features a firmer rubber compound and an updated lug pattern designed specifically for sled movements, so you can drive hard on gym floors and turf without losing grip. The ULTRAWEAVE upper keeps the fit snug and locked down during lateral movements and high-intensity efforts without adding unnecessary weight. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I tested these during a HYROX-style workout and the grip during sled pushes was immediately noticeable - I wasn't slipping or adjusting my footing at all. The cushioning held up well through the run segments too, which I honestly didn't expect from a shoe this light."" - Sabrina, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, San Diego, CAWho It's Best ForIf you compete in HYROX or train regularly with sled work, runs, and high-intensity functional movements, this shoe is worth a close look.
