Traditions Buckstalker XT Features The Traditions Buckstalker XT is built around a 24 inch Chromoly steel barrel finished in stainless Cerakote giving hunters a lightweight yet strong platform accurate out to 200 plus yards. A 1:28 inch twist rate stabilizes saboted bullets for consistent downrange performance and the break action inline design opens quickly for loading and cleaning in the field. The Accelerator Breech Plug removes in three turns by hand with no tools required and its one piece stainless steel construction lets the rifle fire both loose and pelletized powder. The 209 primer ignition system and Speed Load System work together to deliver more consistent groups and easier loading session after session. The Elite XT trigger system gives this .50 Cal muzzleloader a precise accurate pull while the Dual Safety System combines a rebounding hammer with a manual cross block trigger safety for dependable field safety. An extended ambidextrous hammer extension makes the rifle comfortable to operate for right and left handed shooters alike and the receiver comes drilled and tapped for a scope since no sights or scope base ship with this model. The Next Wyld Camo synthetic stock conceals the rifle in heavy cover while sling swivel studs allow a sling to be added for carrying through rough terrain. Finished out with a solid aluminum Quick-T ramrod handle for easier loading the Buckstalker XT is a complete value packed muzzleloader ready for the stand or the still hunt.
