Traditions Pursuit XT Features The Traditions Pursuit XT pairs a 26 ultralight tapered and fluted chromoly barrel with a 1:24 fast twist rate giving hunters consistent downrange accuracy with modern saboted projectiles. The Accelerator breech plug and 209 primer ignition system work together to deliver quick reliable ignition in all but the harshest conditions. A Premium Burnt Bronze Cerakote finish protects the barrel and sights from corrosion while giving the rifle a distinctive rugged look suited to the field. Williams fiber optic sights provide a fast bright sight picture for quick target acquisition on moving game. The Veil Wideland camo composite stock offers a textured grip surface and concealment in varied terrain while the Quick Relief recoil pad tames felt recoil from heavy .50 caliber charges. A Quick-Load ramrod handle and solid aluminum ramrod speed up reloading between shots in the field. The adjustable drop-out trigger factory set at 3 1/4 lbs delivers a clean predictable break and the receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounts for hunters who prefer an optic.
