Thompson Center Encore Prohunter Frame Features The Thompson Center Arms Encore Prohunter Frame is a single shot action designed around the modular Encore system letting hunters interchange barrels across a wide range of rifle shotgun and muzzleloader calibers without needing a separate receiver for each. The frame is finished in black for a durable low-maintenance exterior that stands up to field use. An automatic hammer block safety provides a dependable mechanical safeguard engaging automatically to reduce the risk of an accidental discharge during handling. This single action design keeps the overall package simple and lightweight compared to a repeating action. The FlexTech stock and forend are finished in MultiCam camouflage giving the frame a versatile concealment-ready look suited to a variety of hunting environments. Because the Encore platform is built around interchangeable barrels this frame becomes the foundation a hunter can build on adding calibers as needed rather than purchasing a complete new firearm for each pursuit. The stripped frame configuration means it ships ready to accept the hunter s choice of Encore barrel. The Thompson Center Arms Encore Prohunter Frame is available for sale at GrabAGun for hunters who want the flexibility of a true multi-caliber single shot system.
