Thompson Center Encore Pro Hunter Frame Features The Thompson Center Encore Pro Hunter Frame is built around a swing hammer single-shot action that accepts an extensive lineup of interchangeable barrels so a hunter can reconfigure the same frame between a muzzleloader centerfire rifle or shotgun in about two minutes with just two screws. The stainless steel frame resists corrosion in wet and humid hunting conditions far better than a blued finish holding up season after season in the field. Nitride coated trigger and sear components along with a nitride coated firing pin and bushing work together to deliver a smoother more consistent trigger break and more reliable ignition than uncoated parts. This adaptability and durable construction make the Pro Hunter Frame a genuinely versatile foundation for hunters who pursue multiple types of game across different seasons. Wrapping the frame is a Flex Tech stock finished in Mossy Oak Bottomland camo breaking up the outline of the firearm in wooded and marshy hunting environments while providing a comfortable ergonomic grip. A black rubber recoil pad helps absorb felt recoil from the powerful centerfire and muzzleloader barrels this frame is designed to accept keeping repeated shots comfortable over a long hunt. The frame is drilled and tapped for optics mounting giving hunters the flexibility to add a scope for precision shot placement at extended range. Backed by an automatic hammer block safety and a hammer spur cut with wide grooves for sure cocking even with gloved hands the Thompson Center Encore Pro Hunter Frame is available for sale at GrabAGun for hunters who want one adaptable dependable platform for every season.
