Auto-Ordnance 1927 A3 Features The Auto-Ordnance 1927 A3 brings the look and handling of the original Thompson into an accessible lightweight .22 LR platform. Its overmolded polymer design wraps a steel barrel liner trimming weight while keeping the barrel rigid and accurate for plinking and informal range sessions. Because the rifle accepts widely available 10/22 pattern rotary magazines owners can easily find and stock extra magazines without hunting down proprietary parts. The nitride finish on the barrel resists corrosion and wear giving the rifle a durable low-maintenance exterior that holds up to regular range use. Black polymer furniture keeps the rifle light in hand while echoing the stocked silhouette of the wartime original and the adjustable open rear iron sight lets shooters dial in windage and elevation for improved accuracy at typical rimfire distances. The rifle ships with one 10-round magazine ready to shoot out of the box and its blowback operating action keeps the design simple and reliable. This combination of classic styling and modern rimfire practicality makes the 1927 A3 equally at home on a plinking range or on display and it is for sale at GrabAGun for Thompson fans who want a fun low-cost shooter.
