Auto-Ordnance TM1 Marines 250th Anniversary Features The Auto-Ordnance TM1 carbine runs on the classic Thompson blowback action chambered in .45 ACP delivering the same reliable cycling that made the original M1 carbine famous with American forces. The Midnight Blue Cerakote barrel and two-tone Midnight Blue and Stormtrooper White receiver create a striking visual tribute to the Marine Corps dress uniforms with USMC red and gold accents on the controls tying the finish directly to Marine heraldry. A blade front sight paired with a fixed battle rear sight offers fast rugged aiming for close and mid-range work keeping the sighting system simple and durable for a commemorative piece meant to be handled and admired. The safety lever design will not accept drum magazines keeping the carbine true to its stick-magazine commemorative configuration rather than the drum-fed look often associated with the Thompson family. Engraved walnut furniture including the fixed stock and horizontal foregrip carries custom laser-etched battle scenes that commemorate 250 years of Marine Corps history making this piece as much a display item as a shooter. The engraved wood grip continues the historic theme with imagery bridging Revolutionary War service members and today s Marines reinforcing the anniversary tribute across every wood surface of the carbine. Included 20 and 30-round stick magazines give owners flexibility for range use while preserving the carbine s period-correct look so the commemorative styling never comes at the expense of usability. At 11.5 lbs and 38 overall this commemorative Thompson is a substantial collectible addition for any Marine veteran or militaria enthusiast looking to own a piece of Corps history that still functions as a genuine firearm.
