The Elan Ripstick 96 Ski comes matched with the Attack 14 GW Binding and S/Pro Supra BOA 120 Boot, three components built for the same aggressive intent rather than one compensating for another. The ski's carbon and flax laminate keeps the ride damped and precise at speed, and the Attack 14's 4 to 14 DIN range and NX FR heel hold that power down without hesitation. The Supra 120's stiff flex and BOA Fit System lock in a precise fit, so none of the three pieces asks the others to work harder than they should. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I dropped into a line steep enough to second-guess, and every part of this setup felt like it was built for exactly that moment. The binding held, the boot transmitted every edge input, and the ski just absorbed the speed instead of getting nervous."
