The Elan Ace SC2 S skis pair an Early Rise Rocker profile with a dual woodcore and fiberglass construction, easing into turns on groomed on-piste terrain without feeling vague underfoot. A Full Power Cap sidewall keeps the ski responsive to input, translating turns into edge grip rather than losing energy through the middle of the ski. Each pair comes set up with Elan's EL 10. 0 SHIFT X binding, so there's no separate binding decision to make before hitting the lift. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I linked easy, round turns down a groomer without fighting the ski for direction, and the tip came around exactly when I asked it to. It's the kind of predictable feel that makes an on-piste day less about managing the ski and more about just skiing."
