Berry s Manufacturing Superior Features Berry s Superior pistol bullets are swaged and plated to final weight then re-struck a second time to achieve precise diameter and consistent accuracy from one bullet to the next. The 100 percent pure copper plating fully encloses each 230 grain projectile cutting down on airborne lead exposure at the reloading bench and at the range. This plated construction also reduces barrel fouling compared to bare lead bullets extending the interval between cleanings. Any published load data for a jacketed bullet of the same weight can be used with these bullets simplifying load development for reloaders already familiar with jacketed data. Rated to withstand velocities up to 1250 feet per second these bullets are well suited to standard pressure .45 ACP loads rather than maximum effort defensive loads. The round nose profile feeds reliably through a wide range of semi automatic pistol actions making it a dependable choice for high volume practice shooting. Berry s has built a reputation over five decades as a family owned manufacturer focused on consistent quality across more than 50 bullet options. Packaged 250 to a box this .45 caliber 230 grain round nose bullet is for sale at GrabAGun for reloaders stocking up on affordable practice projectiles.
