Berry s Manufacturing Preferred Plated Features The Berry s Preferred Plated bullet is manufactured to a precise .356 inch diameter for reloaders working up .380 Cal pistol loads. Its 100 grain weight and round nose flat base profile are shaped for smooth feeding through semi-automatic pistol actions reducing the chance of feed hesitations at the range. The jacketed lead construction applies a plating process over a lead core which keeps lead exposure down during handling and firing compared to bare lead bullets. Each of these projectiles is produced to the same tight diameter specification giving handloaders consistent results load after load. The round nose flat base shape also seats cleanly against the case and powder charge during the reloading process helping handloaders maintain uniform overall cartridge length across a batch. Berry s Manufacturing has built its reputation over more than fifty years as a family owned and operated company focused on producing dependable plated bullets and reloading accessories. With more than fifty different bullet options available Berry s gives reloaders the flexibility to match a projectile to nearly any pistol caliber application. This 250 count package of .380 Cal bullets is sized for handloaders who want enough projectiles on hand to support regular range sessions without constantly reordering. The plated jacket construction also means these bullets can typically be loaded at standard pistol velocities without the additional leading concerns that come with bare lead projectiles simplifying barrel cleaning and maintenance between sessions. For shooters loading .380 ACP ammunition for practice training or recreational shooting this Berry s plated bullet offers a cost effective and consistent component that supports a steady repeatable reloading routine.
