Berry s Manufacturing Preferred Plated Features The Berry s Preferred Plated bullet in this listing is a double ended wadcutter design a shape favored by target and competition shooters for the clean sharp edged holes it punches in paper targets making scoring easier and more accurate. Sized to a precise .357 inch diameter this bullet is built for both .38 Special and .357 Magnum reloading applications giving handloaders flexibility across two of the most common revolver cartridges. Each bullet is swaged and plated rather than cast and lubricated a process that produces a consistent repeatable projectile while avoiding the barrel leading that can come from traditional lead bullets. Berry s plating process also allows these bullets to be loaded to moderate velocities without compromising accuracy or bore condition. Berry s Manufacturing has spent more than five decades building a reputation for high quality plated bullets and reloading components and this family owned and operated company continues that tradition with every batch produced. At 148 grains this bullet is a classic well proven weight for target shooting with both .38 Special wadcutter loads and standard pressure .357 Magnum practice ammunition. The bulk 1000 count packaging makes this an economical choice for high volume shooters who reload for club matches training or regular range sessions. For reloaders looking for a dependable affordably priced plated bullet for their .38 and .357 revolvers this Berry s offering is a trusted option.
