Traditions Pursuit XT LDR Northwest Magnum Features The Traditions Pursuit XT LDR Northwest Magnum is built around a 30 Chromoly steel barrel long recognized for the strength and accuracy it brings to a muzzleloader without adding unnecessary weight. The VAPR Twist rifling at 1:24 stabilizes bullets more effectively than a standard twist rate which expands the range of projectile options a hunter can shoot through this rifle while improving downrange accuracy. Because the rifle uses an open breech open sights and musket ignition it is purpose-built to satisfy state-specific muzzleloader regulations in Idaho and Oregon letting hunters in those states hunt with a modern-feeling rifle within the rules. The peep sight arrangement gives a precise sighting picture for open-sight hunting at typical muzzleloader ranges. The Elite XT trigger system upgrades the shooting experience with a precise consistent trigger pull a rebounding hammer and a manual cross block trigger safety that adds a layer of confidence in the field. A threaded barrel allows the rifle to accept a suppressor for a quieter more comfortable shooting experience during extended sessions. The Quick-T ramrod handle functions like a palm saver and T-handle combined making loading and cleaning noticeably easier and it stores conveniently on the ramrod when not in use.
