"Women's Topo Athletic® Pursuit 3: The Topo Athletic® Pursuit 3 is a neutral trail running shoe built for women who want to move confidently through technical terrain without sacrificing a natural, low-to-the-ground feel. With a 0-drop, 28 mm platform and medium cushioning, it gives you enough underfoot protection for demanding trails while keeping you connected to the ground beneath you. If you spend time on rocky, rooty, or unpredictable surfaces, this is a shoe worth knowing. The ZipFoam midsole keeps the ride lightweight and responsive, so the shoe doesn't feel heavy or sluggish when the trail gets demanding. The updated upper secures your foot without feeling restrictive, and the FKT insole adds water resistance so the shoe drains quickly when you hit wet crossings or muddy sections. The Vibram® Megagrip outsole handles the grip work - delivering reliable traction and slip resistance across varied terrain, while the generously spaced lugs shed mud and snow so you're not carrying extra weight mid-run. The Pursuit 3 also includes a hook and loop gaiter attachment system, a practical addition for runners who deal with debris on the trail. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I really appreciate the 0-drop setup on this one - it keeps the stride feeling natural even when the trail gets technical. The Vibram outsole grips well on wet rock, and the gaiter attachment is a nice touch for dusty or sandy trails. It's a solid choice if you want a trail shoe that doesn't feel like it's working against you."" - Rachel, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Carlsbad, CAWho It's Best ForIf you're a neutral runner who prefers a 0-drop trail shoe with medium cushioning for technical terrain, the Pursuit 3 is worth a close look.
