Roast: Dark 100% Kona Coffee | Kona Bloom (94 points) Tasting notes: Honey-butter, toffee, nougat, jasmine, cacao, stone fruit (peach and apricot). Light and syrupy mouthfeel. (natural/ unflavored). Roast: Medium-Light These Kona coffees range from medium-light to dark roasts to highlight the terroir (the flavors naturally imparted through the land), the farmer's processing practices, and the Kona coffee varieties -- all qualities that make these Kona coffee varieties special. Includes 100% Kona Peaberry, Kona Moon, and Kona Bloom coffee. Your purchase will contain either three (3) 4 ounce bags for a total of 12 ounces of coffee, or three (3) 10 ounce bags for a total of 30 ounces of coffee. BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS Recommended brewing for Kona Peaberry & Kona Bloom: via filter/pour over with a rinsed paper filter. 1g medium-ground coffee to 17g of 202°F water. Add enough water to saturate all the grounds and let bloom for 30 seconds. Next, slowly pour the remainder of the water in a circular motion over the ground coffee, over the next 3:00-3:30 min. Allow to filter and enjoy. Recommended brewing for Kona Moon: Press pot. 1g coarse ground coffee to 16g of 200°F water. Add enough water to cover the grounds and let steep/bloom for 30 seconds, then add the remainder of the water (pouring it in a circular motion) and steep for an additional 3:15. Press and enjoy.
