This medium-dark roast blend combines direct trade Red Bourbon sourced from Guatemala, alongside coffees from South America. Its plush, satiny mouthfeel and balanced sweetness make it as versatile for any brewing method, from espresso to drip and everything in between. Palila's nutty, cocoa-forward profile pairs beautifully with milk for espresso-based drinks, while its complexity shines through as a straight shot or batch brew. Brew Recommendations : For drip and pour over, we recommend a brewing ratio of 16:1 (16 grams of water per gram of coffee) and a water temperature of 200°F.
