Underwood Ammo Rifle Ammunition Features The Underwood Ammo .50 Beowulf load fires a 350 grain jacketed hollow point bullet a heavy wide diameter projectile engineered to expand aggressively on impact. That large frontal diameter combined with substantial bullet weight produces a wide deep wound channel which is exactly what hunters look for when pursuing hogs and deer at woods ranges. The .50 Beowulf cartridge was developed specifically to give AR-15 pattern rifles significantly more knockdown power than standard 5.56 or .223 chamberings while still cycling reliably through a standard bolt carrier group. This load s hollow point design and heavy bullet weight work together to maximize energy transfer on tough close range targets. Underwood Ammo is known for pushing hunting and defensive cartridges to their performance limits and this .50 Beowulf load is built to the same standard. Twenty rounds per box gives hunters enough ammunition for a hunt or an extended range session without excess. The cartridge s straight-walled case design also feeds smoothly through magazine fed AR platforms converted to the Beowulf chambering. For shooters who want maximum stopping power from their .50 Beowulf rifle this Underwood Ammo load is available for sale at GrabAGun.
