Taran Tactical Innovation Versatile Base Pad Features The Taran Tactical Versatile Base Pad uses a patented push pin design that allows the pad to be attached or removed from the magazine without any specialty tools making installation and maintenance straightforward. CNC machined from billet aluminum and hard anodized for durability the pad is finished in Titanium Gray to complement a variety of pistol builds. Its one piece construction means there are no extra parts to lose during disassembly a detail that matters when working on a magazine under time pressure at a match or in the field. At just 1.6 inches in length and 1 inch in height the base pad adds minimal bulk to the magazine. The added weight from the aluminum base pad helps the magazine drop free more reliably during reloads an important factor for competitive shooters focused on shaving fractions of a second off their times. Weighing only 0.93 ounces the pad adds just enough mass to improve function without making the magazine unwieldy. The kit includes a TTI Universal Extra Power Spring ensuring the magazine feeds reliably with the added capacity from the extended base pad. Made in the USA the Taran Tactical Versatile Base Pad is available for sale at GrabAGun for shooters looking to upgrade their magazine performance.
