Knight and Hale Ghost Cut Features The Knight and Hale Ghost Cut mouth call uses three latex reeds in its Ghost Cut design to produce a higher pitched call with a distinct touch of rasp closely mimicking the sound of an immature bird. This tonal quality makes it especially effective for kee-kee runs and soft yelping calls that work well when trying to coax in a young or cautious tom. Because it is a mouth-operated diaphragm call it allows completely hands-free operation letting a hunter keep a firearm or bow shouldered and ready while still calling. Its aluminum frame holds the latex reeds securely in place for consistent repeatable tone. Soft to mid-range volume makes this call well suited for close-range calling situations where a bird is already working toward the hunter s position. Handmade in the U.S.A. the Ghost Cut reflects the same quality and attention to detail Knight and Hale is known for across its turkey call lineup. If the call feels too large for a hunter s mouth the tape can be trimmed slightly to improve comfort and fit. This mouth call gives turkey hunters an effective hands-free tool for finishing calls during the final stages of a hunt.
