Forster Products Bench Rest Die Set Features The Forster Bench Rest Die Set for 6.8 Western pairs a Full Length Sizing Die with Forster s standard Bench Rest Seating Die giving reloaders the two tools needed to produce consistent concentric ammunition from their very first batch. Each die is manufactured from the finest quality steel and carefully machined to very tight tolerances ensuring repeatable results round after round. Hand polishing both before and after the heat-treating process guarantees an extra fine finish inside the die reducing friction and case scoring during sizing. All Forster reloading dies feature the Forster Cross Bolt Die Locking Ring which tightens the two ends of a split ring rather than driving a screw directly into the die s own threads protecting the die s internal dimensions over years of use. The full length sizer includes Forster s E-Z case neck expander system a Forster exclusive that eases the expansion of case necks during sizing for smoother more consistent results. A full length two-die set like this one is the recommended starting point for reloaders and it remains the set most hunters and many target shooters rely on every time they reload for this cartridge. This level of quality and precision is why Forster dies are the first choice of demanding reloading critics within the U.S. Marines Navy Seals Army Rangers Secret Service and Olympic Shooting Team. Packaged in Forster s Deluxe Die Box this 6.8 Western Bench Rest Die Set is built to deliver precision reloads for years to come.
