Forster Products Bushing Full Length Sizer Die Kit Features The Forster Bushing Full Length Sizer Die resizes 6mm Creedmoor brass at the shoulder and body just enough to fit a minimum-sized SAAMI rifle chamber improving chambering consistency and extending the useful life of each case. A bushing limits how much the neck itself is worked during sizing resizing it just enough to grip a new bullet without over-working the brass on every firing. This combination of full-length sizing with bushing-controlled neck tension gives the reloader more control over the final dimensions of the sized case than a standard full-length die alone. The kit includes three standard bushing sizes selected by the Forster staff covering a practical range of neck tension options for 6mm Creedmoor. Having multiple bushings on hand lets the reloader test different amounts of neck tension to find what produces the best accuracy and consistency in their particular rifle. Because the bushing reduces how aggressively the neck is worked compared to a fixed expander ball design cases last noticeably longer before they need to be retired. Forster notes that the savings in brass life from loading as few as 35 cases can pay for the die kit itself. This kit is built specifically for the 6mm Creedmoor cartridge giving precision reloaders a dedicated full-length bushing die setup for one of today s popular long-range chamberings.
