Forster Products Full Length Sizing Die Features The Forster Full Length Sizing Die for .223 Rem brings cases back to proper dimensions in a single pass sizing the body de-priming and expanding the neck to accept a new bullet. The included E-Z Out Expander button sits higher in the case neck than most other designs which supports and aligns the neck and case axis while the case is withdrawn from the die. This positioning reduces the runout that causes inconsistent neck tension and inaccurate seating. Reloaders chasing concentric repeatable ammunition benefit directly from this attention to alignment. Every Forster die is hand polished both before and after heat treatment producing an extra fine interior finish that reduces friction and case scoring during sizing. The Forster Cross Bolt Die Locking Ring tightens the two ends of a split ring rather than driving a screw into the die body threads which protects the die and holds its press setting securely over repeated use. These details reflect Forster s broader reputation for tight tolerances and dependable reloading tools. Precision-minded .223 Rem reloaders will find this die a worthwhile addition to the bench.
