Taurus TX22 Features The Taurus TX22 is built around the Taurus Performance Trigger System delivering a smooth short trigger pull that gives shooters precise control over each shot without the heavy gritty feel common in many rimfire pistols. Its 4.1 inch threaded barrel finished in 1/2x28 thread pitch lets shooters add a suppressor directly without needing an adapter making it a versatile option for both standard and suppressed shooting. The slide features lightening cuts along with an optics-ready cut allowing shooters to mount a red dot sight for faster target acquisition while also reducing reciprocating mass for smoother cycling. A white dot front sight paired with a serrated adjustable rear sight gives shooters a reliable iron sighting system whether or not an optic is mounted. The polymer frame incorporates a built-in Picatinny rail letting shooters add a light or laser for low-light use or home defense applications. An ergonomic grip design adds comfort and control during extended range sessions while manual striker block and trigger safeties work together to keep the pistol secure during handling. Shipping with five 10-round magazines the TX22 gives shooters a generous supply of ammunition capacity right out of the box minimizing downtime between range sessions. At just 17.3 ounces the pistol stays light and easy to handle despite its full-size frame. The Taurus TX22 is available for sale at GrabAGun for rimfire shooters who want a competition-capable optics-ready pistol with suppressor compatibility built in.
