Taurus PT92 Features The Taurus PT92 is built on a drop hammer forged ordnance-grade alloy steel frame designed for long-term durability under hard use. Its three-position frame-mounted ambidextrous safety is more secure than a slide-mounted design letting shooters carry cocked and locked or decock the hammer with a dedicated lever for double-action first shot capability. The double/single action trigger system gives shooters the choice between a longer first pull and lighter faster subsequent shots. A 5 barrel contributes to a longer sight radius helping shooters achieve a more precise sight picture at distance. Finished entirely in OD Green Cerakote the PT92 stands out from a typical black duty pistol while gaining the corrosion resistance Cerakote coatings are known for. Rubber checkered grips provide a confident hold in wet or sweaty conditions and fixed sights with a drift-adjustable rear give shooters a rugged reliable reference that will not snag on a holster. At 34 oz the steel-framed PT92 carries enough weight to manage recoil comfortably across a long range session. Shipping with a full six magazines four at 18 rounds and two at 17 rounds the Taurus PT92 gives shooters plenty of ammunition capacity for training or range use right out of the box.
