Taurus TX22 Features The Taurus TX22 Gen 2 is built around the Taurus Performance Trigger System engineered to give shooters a crisp consistent single action trigger pull that supports fast accurate follow up shots. A fixed white dot front sight paired with a drift adjustable serrated rear sight gives shooters precise aiming references for both close and extended range 22 LR shooting. The slide is optic ready and cut to the Shield RMSc footprint letting shooters mount a compatible red dot directly without an adapter plate while the 4.6 inch threaded barrel accepts a suppressor or compensator at the popular 1/2x28 thread pitch. A black hard coat anodized aluminum slide finish resists wear from repeated cycling and holster use over the pistol s lifetime. The OD Green polymer frame includes a MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail for mounting a light or laser and its textured grip surface helps maintain control during rapid fire strings. At 17.3 ounces the TX22 Gen 2 is light enough for extended range sessions without fatiguing the shooter s hand or wrist. Shipping with two 10 round magazines gives shooters enough capacity on hand to run drills or competition stages without constantly reloading. For shooters looking for a reliable optic ready 22 LR pistol for competition training or plinking the Taurus TX22 Gen 2 in OD Green is available for sale at GrabAGun.
