Savage Axis 2 Tac Features The Savage Arms Axis 2 Tac pairs a 16.5 button rifled free floating barrel with a 1:8 twist rate ideally matched to the subsonic and supersonic .300 AAC Blackout loads shooters run through suppressed platforms. The barrel is threaded 5/8x24 and suppressor ready letting the rifle run quiet without a separate gunsmithing bill. A Weaver scope base atop the drilled and tapped receiver gives a solid foundation for mounting an optic suited to close and mid-range work. The AccuTrigger breaks crisply and consistently supporting precise shot placement whether the rifle is run suppressed off a bipod or offhand in tight cover. The Gray synthetic stock features an ergonomic design with an adjustable length of pull letting the shooter fit the rifle to their own build or layered clothing. A detachable box magazine holds four rounds and drops free for fast reloads between strings of fire. At 6.8 lbs and a 37 overall length the compact Axis 2 Tac handles quickly in brush around vehicles or in other tight spaces where a full-length rifle becomes a liability. Finished in matte black with the Gray stock and built left-handed the Savage Arms Axis 2 Tac is in stock and available for sale at GrabAGun for shooters wanting a short suppressor-ready .300 Blackout rifle.
