Proof Research Sendero Barrel Features The Proof Research Sendero Barrel wraps a precision machined steel liner in a carbon fiber sleeve a construction method that dramatically reduces weight compared to a traditional contour steel barrel while still delivering match grade accuracy. This weight savings makes a real difference on a rifle carried over long distances letting shooters move faster without sacrificing the barrel performance precision shooting demands. The 18 barrel length with a 1:8 twist rate is matched to 22 Creedmoor s typical bullet weights stabilizing them for consistent accuracy at extended ranges. Five rifled grooves provide the engagement needed for reliable bullet spin stabilization shot after shot. Designed as a drop in pre fit barrel for Lone Peak Arms actions this Sendero barrel installs without the need for extensive gunsmith fitting work simplifying the upgrade process for rifle owners. The 5/8x24 threaded muzzle accepts a brake suppressor or other muzzle device giving shooters flexibility to manage recoil and signature. Carbon fiber barrels also tend to dissipate heat differently than steel helping maintain a more consistent point of impact across strings of fire. The Proof Research Sendero Barrel in 22 Creedmoor is a precision upgrade for sale at GrabAGun for Lone Peak Arms rifle owners seeking lighter weight and improved performance.
