Great Lakes Firearms and Ammunition GL15 Features The Great Lakes Firearms GL15 is built around an aluminum billet upper and lower receiver finished in Tungsten Cerakote paired with a 16 inch heavy threaded barrel finished in black nitride for corrosion resistance. Chambered in .223 Wylde the barrel safely fires both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition giving shooters flexibility in ammo selection without sacrificing accuracy. A 1:8 inch twist rate stabilizes a wide range of bullet weights from lightweight varmint loads to heavier purpose-built rounds. The semi-automatic action cycles reliably thanks to a chrome moly vanadium barrel built to mil-spec tolerances. A full length Picatinny top rail gives shooters flexibility to mount any optic of choice while the M-LOK handguard provides mounting space for lights lasers bipods and other accessories. The adjustable black polymer stock and mil-spec grip let shooters dial in a comfortable length of pull and because this build is configured left hand left-handed shooters get a controls layout built specifically for them rather than adapted from a right-handed design. A trigger pull weight of 5.5 to 6 pounds offers a consistent break for both range training and defensive use. With a 30+1 round capacity magazine included the GL15 delivers a complete ready-to-run package for left handed AR shooters available for sale at GrabAGun.
