TekMat M1 Garand Cleaning Mat Features The TekMat Cleaning Mat measures a generous 12 by 36 inches large enough to lay out a fully disassembled M1 Garand along with tools and cleaning accessories. Printed directly on the mat is a detailed parts diagram of the M1 Garand helping users identify components and reassemble the rifle correctly. The soft polyester top is oil and water resistant protecting the rifle s finish from scratches during cleaning and maintenance. This surface can be wiped down easily with soapy water keeping the mat looking new after repeated use. Beneath the printed top a neoprene rubber backing protects the workbench or tabletop from spilled solvents and oils that could otherwise damage the surface. At 1/8 inch thick the mat offers a bit of cushioning that helps prevent damage if a part is dropped during disassembly. The mat can be machine washed on a gentle cycle and air dried making long-term upkeep simple. Ideal for gunsmiths collectors and M1 Garand owners who want a dedicated cleaning space this TekMat is available for sale at GrabAGun.
