TekMat Old Glory Features The TekMat Old Glory Cleaning Mat combines a soft thermoplastic fiber surface with a dye-sublimation printing process that embeds the American flag artwork directly into the material so the graphic will not peel or wear off over time. At 11 by 17 inches the mat gives handgun owners enough room to lay out a fully disassembled pistol alongside cleaning tools patches and solvents. The surface itself is oil and water resistant protecting the firearm s finish from scratches while containing spills during cleaning. This size and surface combination makes it a practical choice for routine handgun maintenance at a workbench or kitchen table. Beneath the printed surface a neoprene rubber substrate adds 1/8 inch of cushioned padding shielding both the gun and the tabletop from scratches drops or rough handling during disassembly. The mat protects against chipping and scratching on sensitive firearm finishes an important consideration when working on blued or coated surfaces. Its compact rollable design makes storage simple between cleaning sessions. For pistol owners who want a durable good-looking cleaning surface that doubles as a patriotic display piece the TekMat Old Glory Cleaning Mat delivers both function and style.
