Shooters Choice Gun Rod Cleaning Kit Features The Shooters Choice .22 Caliber Rifle Cleaning Kit is built around an aluminum rod set with a female 8/32 threaded end and a swivel T-handle a design that lets the rod turn freely during cleaning strokes so the brush or jag follows the rifling naturally instead of scrubbing against it. A 3 .22 caliber bronze phosphor bore brush handles stubborn fouling while a 3 cotton bore mop applies solvent or oil evenly along the bore afterward. The kit also includes a .22 caliber pierce point jag and a slotted tip giving shooters the right tool whether running patches through for a final wipe or pushing a stuck patch free. Twenty 1 inch by 1 inch cotton cleaning patches are included providing enough material for several complete cleaning sessions. A nylon all purpose brush handles general cleaning tasks around the action and other areas the bore brush cannot reach extending the kit s usefulness beyond just the bore itself. A 0.5 fl oz bottle of FP-10 Lubricant Elite CLP is included combining cleaning lubricating and protecting properties in one product to keep a rifle s action running smoothly between range trips. All 13 pieces are housed in a compact plastic case keeping the kit organized and easy to store in a range bag or safe. Made with both USA and imported components this complete kit gives .22 and .223 rifle owners everything needed to keep their firearm clean and properly lubricated.
